A soloist since the age of three, Taraleigh uses her talents to sing praises to her Lord. She began playing the piano at six, wrote her first song at fourteen and began touring professionally at seventeen.
In January of 2005, she was offered her first professional solo recording contract by a Nashville based record label but her father, and business manager, decided the timing and terms weren't quite perfect so she poured her attention into her increasingly popular gospel group, Taraleigh & Noteworthy. Taraleigh is the lead singer and enjoys writing, choosing and arranging music for the group to perform. Thankful for the opportunities to share her love of music, she usually shares the stage with her dear friends Denise Jones and Missy Russell. Their love of music, each other, and of their Lord, enables them to spread the Word, proudly, through song.
More recently, Taraleigh has performed at the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, and was ranked 7th in the nation in their national talent competition. With several albums behind her, she is currently working on writing and arranging pieces for her next project Having been privileged enough to share the stage with groups such as the Greene's and Talley Trio, Taraleigh hopes to travel full time herself one day soon!
